We want to show you how we helped Dom lose 10kg in the most sustainable way. Yes; sustainable!
No teas, no supplements or spending hours on the cardio machine.
Not only that; he got to enjoy his food, his life and his time off. He even said it himself that he doesn't feel worn down like he used to!
He used to spend hours training in the gym, doing HIIT based training up to 10 classes a week. That's right - TEN classes of training per week.
So now Dom is able to train 3-4 times per week; for 1 hour each, sleep better, eat what he likes and most importantly - ACHIEVE his goal!
