Tiffany and Bela had an intimate conversation between friends. They discussed relationship trauma, divorce, loss, and even what it was like to tour with Josh Groban and how she’s looking forward to their upcoming tour after the Coronavirus Pandemic. For now though, Bela and the rest of us are looking forward excitedly to the upcoming release of the album of which she gave our audience a preview.

🎶 The first song that Bela shared with us was “Break My Heart.”

🔴 A YouTube Live viewer, commented “Gorgeous control of your voice. Incredible work.”

One of the lines in “Break My Heart” says “Love and dysfunction don’t fit.” How fitting. The songs tell the story. That’s why we played them in this order. It’s at about the 00:10:41 mark.

Live viewer, Joe, commented “Oftentimes we readily address the physical health piece but many of us put off getting healthy mentally. Sad but true”

Tiffany and Bela talked about the benefits of therapy, journaling, and creating music. Bela talks about how raw the songs feel to her. The emotions that were funneled into creating these amazing songs are still real. The writing and performing of these songs have helped Bela to heal from the trauma.

Bela is still, like all of us, going through the stages of grief over one thing or another. Thankfully one of the stages of her grief provides us with this music. It’s sad that, just like with Gwen Stefani, Bela had to go through such tremendous pain and suffering in order for the world to be gifted the beauty that we can share collectively through music.

🎶 The second song played on the show was “Change.” Catch it about 00:28:44. Are you starting to see the pattern developing? One line in the song says, “Years and years of keeping up all the lies, you shut me out no matter how hard I tried.” Wow, that’s powerful, and there’s a good chance that most of us can relate on some level.

🔵 A Facebook Live viewer said, “Love this song!!!! So beautiful!!!! ❤️”

🎶 The third song Bela shared with the MOCwithTiffany audience is “Worth the Reward.” It was totally worth the reward to listen to it. 00:41:55.

“I can relate to your story so much. I’ve been in abusive relationships, and women AND men need to know that they are worth more. ❤️” – Live Viewer

In response to a question that was asked by a viewer about relationship advice, Bela responded, “I’ve learned that communication is everything and that it’s better to be open and honest about how you really feel, of course in a calm and nice way.”
