Today I am going to be talking about allowing yourself the time to really figure out how to lose weight so that you can keep it off.  Do you find that you are constantly in the swinging pendulum motion of going from restrictive dieting to saying screw it and eat whatever you want when you want?  What if we looked deeper to why you are eating and what caused the weight gain to begin with?  What if I could encourage you to eat in a way that nourished and healed your body vs. just trying to do whatever it takes to get the scale to go down even if that is not the best for your mental health.  Hear what I have to say about this topic and more on the podcast.

How it works is you jump on a 30 min. mini coaching session with me, we come up with a plan right then and there so you can implement it the moment we get off our zoom call. If you decide that you want to work that plan with me and have that weekly accountability for several months and dive deep to figure out what is really holding you back we can do that too.
