Imagine you are starting your day and you are thinking ok I am not going to eat that leftover birthday cake for breakfast, I am going to eat what I planned and that it's. Maybe for you it's telling yourself that you are not going to have any alcoholic drinks today, you are not planning them so today is just water, coffee, and other non alcoholic beverages. Maybe you are the coffee lover and you are saying no Starbucks lattes today, I am drinking coffee at home, I don't need to spend the money and drink those calories today. Maybe you love that bread basket and get worried you can't stop at one piece! Lastly, it is summer after all, you are at a Mexican restaurant now this could be a double whammy for some of you, maybe the margaritas are calling your name along with the chips and maybe you know if you have the margaritas you will have a hard time limiting your chips.  So if you find yourself in any of these situations hang on...
