Today: Do you have rights, legal or otherwise during a lethal encounter?  Should you? How can you create, demand, or gain those rights?

This podcast is more on how you think about things when you are in an armed conflict.  If someone is trying to kill you, or threatening to kill you, what should you be thinking about so you can save your life.  Rights during an armed conflict are an academic conversation that has no place when some monster is trying to kill you or your family.

Outline:

There are no rights in a fight for your life. Once the confertation has become lethal everything you think about fairness or rights is out. Knew a police officer that hit someone in the head with a baton During an armed confrontation get rid of the thoughts on your rights, leagal authority, legal justification, or that’s not right or fair. Don’t waste time thinking: You Can’t do that You have no right That’s not fair You can’t tell me what to do That’s not legal I don’t have to do what you say Wait a second, let’s talk about this The time for debate has passed Guns make things right and give someone domain over another at that moment Question on Mike Seeklander’s show (The American Warrior Show) about someone ordering them to drop their weapon during a shooting Person not sure of what to do Follow or fight, there is no thoughts on rights… see above
