This week I sat down with Jackson Wilkey another eXp agent (I promise I do not reach out to these guys because they are eXp, Jackson actually was not eXp when I schedule the interview but he jumped on board by the time we recorded.
Jackson is up in Portland. He's been in real estate for barely a year but is having huge success with YouTube, but it wasn't always like that.
Starting with the Gary V digital Mayor approach on Facebook, after 3 months the phone wasn't ringing! That's when they decided to make the switch to Youtube because youtube is the 2nd largest search engine. In Jackson's own words "youtube is the single greatest platform on planet earth!"

Step 3: Top videos to shoot
- Cost of living in your city (google the info)
- 6 steps on moving to your City

- Top 10 things to do in your City

Jackson and his partner currently have 54 active buyers from their youtube channel and are bringing in $50Million in business from the channel!
This stuff works boys and girls, you need to get serious with it. I am going to be jumping on this in 2020.
