Happy Day, Friend! 

Today on the show I’m coming to you solo style! I know from talking to many of you that you are feeling so much stress, overwhelm, and burnout. While I do generally address these topics on the podcast, I wanted to dedicate an episode specifically on the various kinds of self-care strategies that are important to keeping you healthy in mind, body, and spirit. 

I also share a recent personal experience with an emotional breakdown I had after a long creative phase of a project and I talk about what I did in the aftermath of that breakdown.
