Today on the show, I have a beautiful interview with Edith Vignal, the creator of “The Shadow Side of Pain” – a bilingual digital illustration project that raises awareness around chronic pain and the mind-body connection. She features stories and illustrations from her own life, as well as others like her who have discovered the wisdom of the mindbody message and want to help her bring these awarenesses to light.

This interview is packed with wisdom and has a beautiful, artistic energy around it that is unlike any episode we’ve had on the show to date.

Edith is requesting submissions for recovery stories that she can use for her illustration project, so if you’re someone who’s life has been changed by pain, and subsequently transformed by TMS knowledge, please reach out to her to collaborate! Edith is also a certified coach, so if you are interested in TMS coaching please reach out as well!
