I tend to repeat myself a lot on the podcast, and I’m going to do that again today and just say that: we live in a totally balanced universe – with equal dark and light, equal yin and yang, equal “bad” and “good” and when we perceive a situation as all “bad” or all “good” we are steeped in a completely unbalanced perspective.

When we have an imbalanced perspective, we make imbalanced choices, that lead to imbalanced actions, that leads to imbalanced bodies.

So one way we can bring balance back into our mindbody system is to go to the root – our minds – and balance out our perceptions and perspectives. All events in our life, no matter how awful they appear to be on the outside, are neutral. All loss brings with it some gain. All dark has light waiting on the other side. All no’s have a yes in waiting. And when we feel victimized by life or our circumstances, we are not seeing the whole picture, and so our body delivers symptoms to alert us to our imbalanced perspective.

So today’s episode talks about this balance, and how it relates to chronic symptoms – listen on to hear more!
