In today's episode I discuss what I mean when I say "I want to help you move better, feel better, and in the long run, look a hell of a lot better"

 

Deep down I believe that every human is capabe of whatever they set their mind too, but it starts with you.

 

When you can get out of your own way and start taking control of your health, it's important to understand how to get the most out of what you want. Whatever that may be, and that starts with moving better. Once you start moving well and optimizing that you can achieve your physical goals.

 

But lets take a step back, because in order to get healthy you need to not just move well, but feel well. What's health without feeling like a million bucks?

 

From there, you will look better. At the end of the day, aesthetics are just the byproduct of moving well (and achieving your goals) and feeling well (understanding what your body needs).

 

Human movement and fitness can be complicated (if you want to get into the niddy griddy) or you can really simplify it like I just did.
