Believe it or not, most of us will be experiencing compassion fatigue right now, and never even realize that's what's wrong with us.


We spend most of our life, giving and caring for others without any thought for our own well being. Maybe it's through our job, our relationships or our friendships etc, but it's a fact that we often put other people before ourselves in terms of care love and value.


Recognizing compassion fatigue within ourselves, can be a painful yet enlightening experience. It can help us identify changes in our mental/physical wellbeing and to draw a line on thoughts that it might be something 'more sinister' but it involves a great deal of soul searching.
