How people can authentically explore spirituality outside of religion. There is no path to spirituality that is "better" or "worse" than another. How leaving a religion can result in an identity crisis if it's done without guidance and/or support. The beauty of having a spiritual guide or therapist during this transition. My journey of moving from black-and-white conservative religion to a more open spiritual practice (and how I found a new baseline). All of the spiritual teacher before us have been spreading a similar message of love yourself + love each other. It's okay if your spiritual practice looks completely different from another's. An internal block Christine has been navigating and revealing recently. A situation that happened online where Christine was suggested as a "next level teacher" but was immediately dismissed by the coach.
