How Christine was raised Catholic but always had a deep connection to spirituality, the human connection, suffering, love and all rituals around connecting with the Divine. How people can authentically explore spirituality outside of religion. There is no path to spirituality that is "better" or "worse" than another. How leaving a religion can result in an identity crisis if it's done without guidance and/or support. The beauty of having a spiritual guide or therapist during this transition. My journey of moving from black-and-white conservative religion to a more open spiritual practice (and how I found a new baseline). All of the spiritual teacher before us have been spreading a similar message of love yourself + love each other. It's okay if your spiritual practice looks completely different from another's. An internal block Christine has been navigating and revealing recently. A situation that happened online where Christine was suggested as a "next level teacher" but was immediately dismissed by the coach.
