Drift to sleep fast with this calm bedtime story for grown-ups. You are listening to “The Snowy Island,” a relaxing sleep story set on a barrier island during a winter storm. Journey by ferry to an island inhabited by more animals than humans as snow begins to fall. You walk through the woodlands on the island on a winding path. You seek refuge in a cozy cottage by the sea as pristine snow blankets the beach. Lulled by the sounds of crashing waves, a howling winter wind, and a crackling fire, you hibernate and enjoy this time for peace and refection. It's time to dream away.
