There’s a big wave of self-love happening lately and it’s causing people to make big life changes. We’re seeing this happen in different ways, like leaving a job that makes us unhappy or ending a toxic relationship, or changing unhealthy behaviors. The underlying theme here is letting go of whatever doesn’t serve you anymore in order to move forward in life. It’s powerful stuff and I’m excited to see where we go from here in terms of humanity as a whole.

In this episode, Alison and I chat about exactly that-letting go of things that don’t serve us, making big life changes, and embracing self-love. We also discuss how internalizers and externalizers approach these life changes differently, why they can clash as a result, and how perfectionism plays a role in it all. If you’re curious about this shift we see happening in our lives, this is the episode for you.
