Health and beauty are very intertwined because we age from the inside out. So what you put into your body directly affects your health which will then affect your appearance and how you age. But that’s the problem, isn’t it? All of us are putting so many terrible things into our bodies. 

In this episode, Alison and I talk all about health, wellness, healing, and beauty. We discuss how the food we’re putting into our bodies and the toxins we’re surrounded by in our environments are negatively impacting our health. But there are ways to neutralize these harmful effects that anyone can access and the answer might be simpler than you think.
