Our second podcast with Dr. Paul Meier on how the first six years of life effect our personalities. We can feel emotional pain sometimes from non-emotional sources, like genetic factors—especially involving serotonin, but other brain chemicals as well. Other non-emotional sources can be various diseases, like low thyroid, low Vitamin D, B6, B12, Folic Acid (=B9). Taking steroid medications can cause suicidal depression or even psychosis.
Dr. Paul Meier is a practicing psychiatrist, best selling author, and the founder of Meier Clinics - a multi-state non profit counseling organization.
