Nat Puff (aka Left at London) is a comedian and musician working out of Seattle, Washington. She has released three projects in 2020 (Transgender Street Legend Vol. 2, This One's for the MILFs, and Jenny Durkan, Resign in Disgrace) and formed a band with Holidaykiss called WOW OK, all while working on her debut studio album (You Are Not Alone Enough), prepping for a 2021 release.

As a guest on this episode, she talks about how her mental health is tied to her music, songs she has in development, why she and Holidaykiss started a band, being honest about her struggles in her songs, and how people relate to them.
