Justine is a long-time student & passionate teacher of yoga. She is trained in the Anusara Yoga lineage, an alignment-based practice of Hatha Yoga. 

Her experience of perimenopause collided with her role as a mother to teenagers & a total lack of understanding about what was happening to her. It was her yoga practice that helped her to release her resistance to aging & make positive changes to support her body. 

Since then she has undertaken training in teaching yoga for menopause with Niamh Daly of Yinstinct Yoga, to better understand how to support women during all stages of menopause. 

Now she is on a mission to share information & different techniques from yoga that can help women navigate this journey.
