Often trends and themes are first seen in commercial construction and then flow into residential construction. Ryan talks with Graeme Earl, Regional Director at Naylor Love Canterbury and a judge of the Commercial Project Awards (CPA) to discuss the trends among the top entries and how they are relevant to the wider building and construction sector. They also cover Graeme's insights as a senior leader for the Naylor Love team around embedding key values into their business and earning the respect of your team to lead better.

The Commercial Project Awards (CPA) is a prestigious awards programme that sets the benchmark for commercial construction in New Zealand. CPA recognises top completed construction projects and the teams that achieve them. Entry is open to all NZ based commercial construction project partners including contractors, architects, building owners, engineers and quantity surveyors etc. no matter how big or small the project is.
