Next Episode: Balancing Act

How often have you found yourself caught in a mental tailspin because of a situation that you thought was overwhelming? Have you ever noticed yourself spiral out of control because you lacked control in a particular situation? Did you notice a heavy feeling as a result of your reaction to whatever that particular situation was? Kim and Tia discuss the importance of staying in the moment or at least returning to the moment when you feel yourself going into control mode or anxiety land. It is also key to learn the art of going inward and becoming aware of what your thoughts and feelings are all about. Is there a limiting belief or an old pattern that is showing up and allowing you to stay on the thought train of anxiety? Once we recognize that our thoughts are just thoughts and we do not have to attach to these thoughts. As we begin to realize how thoughts affect our behaviors and can have a negative impact on others, we can begin to allow those thoughts to just pass without reacting to them.
