Do you feel overwhelmed and exhausted from your list of things to do? Is it difficult for you to relax and kick back and unwind? Do you feel guilty when you are relaxing and doing nothing? Are you a human doing rather than a human being? This is difficult for many of us, yet it is so incredibly important and even necessary to nourish and reset ourselves. We have to be intentional about creating time to stop and pause and reboot. We must be aware of our inner dialogue that tells us that we are lazy or too busy or whatever your inner dialogue is about resting and pausing. So, like the quote says below that life is all about balance and sometimes it is perfectly ok and necessary to shut down and do nothing!!!
