Sometimes doing nothing can become the biggest way to accomplish something. Sounds like an oxymoron, but down-time has been considered the enemy of fast growing businesses for a long time. Many people feel that in order to get ahead, they have to outwork, put in more time, and out-hustle everyone else. They feel that if they have "down-time" they are being unproductive.  Secondly, today's world is full of distractions. I grew up without a phone, so if I was bored, I had to be creative or social in order to create "entertainment" to get me out of my boredom.
