More and more white men are coming to me with a version of the following:

 

“It’s long overdue that I speak up against injustice and systemic oppression…

…but I don’t know where to begin.”

 

Now, I am not an expert or an authority in racial issues or antiracist practices.

 

But it is time to step off the sidelines.

 

So let’s have a candid conversation about how to do that.
