Who in your circle always has your back, no matter what? It’s so important that the people we surround ourselves with during our pregnancy are people that make us feel good about ourselves, help us through the challenging moments, and make the transition into motherhood smooth and full of love.

Today, I am joined by the dynamic duo, Monique Jackson and Kita Williams. They are PR partners that met at Def Jam in their early 20s and then went into business together and ran things in LA. When they were representing Terrell Owens they successfully sold a reality show about him called The T.O. Show and also were asked to star alongside him about navigating the life of a football star and his fabulous PR queens.

Tune in and listen to episode thirty-four of Mamaste with Tanika Ray. Monique, Kita, and I have a great conversation about our journeys to mommy-hood. We talk about why it’s important to let your tribe help you throughout your pregnancy, how our priorities will shift in our life, IVF experiences, and how our sexuality does not die when we become mothers!
