Navigating motherhood and marriage is full of trials and tribulations that require  unlearning, re-learning, and being in a constant pursuit of personal growth. There will always be hard times, but intentionally responding to the challenges will keep you grounded to your values so you can show up as the best version of yourself as both a mother and a partner.

Today, I am joined for a second time by Destiny Bennet. Destiny is a parent coach, blogger, content creator, speaker, and author of Revised Not Repeated: A Brown Mom's Guide to Breaking Generational Curses In Parenting. As the mother of three boys, Destiny wrote her book as a motherhood guide for changing toxic generational patterns in parenting and creating a healthier, happier bond between moms and their children.

Tune in and listen to episode thirty-one of Mamaste with Tanika Ray.
