Who are you attracting? Everyone is not going to join your team, it's not designed that way. Don’t expect this. Customers need to know you and get to know you.  They need to see your face! In this day and age you must be going LIVE.  This is part of the conversion process. If you don’t see someone's face they can’t connect with you. The connection piece is so important! Live on Facebook, Instagram, blog, YouTube - it doesn’t matter - they just need to see your face! Share something valuable and let them see you and get to know you. You are your brand - but you aren’t just one thing.  You have a lot to offer and a lot to teach others. Are you ready for more? To see your little side gig turn into more. You are more than your product and company, think outside the box to add value to other people's lives. Go live weekly, make this part of your system. Think outside the box of ways to convert customers into leads - send samples (if they want them) , show them items that relate to your product (are you an organizer, show the new caddy you got at the dollar tree) Look at the Incoming Producing Activities Guide for ideas. Start conversions by building relationships with your audience. Do this by connecting, showing your face, and adding value. Email is a great tool to connect.  Connect through email, this is a massive way to market yourself and business and in turn convert your audience, your leads, into team members.
