In this episode, Cheryl and Robert discuss:

Making a positive difference in others  Listening to people and understanding them  Living your own truth  Nurturing relationships and being better

Key Takeaways:

People don't always have a good day, make it your goal for other people to have a good day because they encountered you.  We need to do a better job of just listening to people and making them feel like they’re being included, being seen, and being heard.  Are you living your own truths once you get old enough to know the difference or are you still living the truths that were instilled to you by somebody else?  Prioritize nurturing relationships and creating better relationships. Never make any person feel less than for any reason.

“When you have better communication, you have better understanding and when you have better understanding, you have better tolerance.”  —  Robert Morris
