In this episode, Cheryl and Jodi discuss:

What is antifragility? How antifragility is different from resilience  The journey to become antifragile Surrounding yourself with community

Key Takeaways:

Antifragility is a property of systems, which increase in their capability to thrive because of stressors, disorder, mistakes, and volatility. Resilience is good but different from antifragility. It’s all about bouncing back from the lows to how you used to be - back to normal. Meanwhile, antifragility is all about reacting to difficulty with the decision and commitment to get better than how you were before the difficult thing happened.  Becoming antifragile doesn’t happen overnight, it is a journey that starts with little steps and setting little goals for yourself. All you need is to have that gradual but consistent growth.  The key to consistent growth is by surrounding yourself with a community that will support you and help you get better - a community that is true to each other and is open about the weight each one is carrying.
