There’s nothing more worth the journey than making the commitment to health and wellness.  Make a list of excuses for why you haven’t committed to a healthy lifestyle until you come up with a “because” or a “why” you should be healthy. When you find your “why”, you’ll figure out how to eliminate those excuses.  Everybody’s busy. If you think that you are too busy to take care of yourself then that is the first and foremost reason why you should start taking care of yourself. Give yourself 30 minutes a day.  Exercise is a really good tool for us to utilize not only to create more health physically but also emotionally. However, don’t exercise to death, always remember to live a balanced life and don’t push anything to the extremes.
