The Chicago White Sox are three games back in the AL Central with twenty-one games remaining

The Chicago White Sox (72-69) had an off day on Monday. The White Sox are back at home and begin a two game series on Tuesday against the Colorado Rockies. The White Sox will send Michael Kopech to the mound. Kopech faced the Rockies back in July and pitched pretty well. Sox fans are hoping that Kopech will forget his last start and return to the type of starting pitcher they know he can be. The White Sox continue to be led by acting manager Miguel Cairo. The Sox are (9-4) under Cairo's leadership. They have played an exciting, offensive-minded brand of baseball over the last few weeks and with only 21 games remaining, the Sox can't afford to take any games off. The White Sox are in 2nd place in the AL Central, chasing the Cleveland Guardians.
