The Chicago White Sox (73-69) beat the Colorado Rockies on Tuesday night by a score of 4-2. White Sox starter, Michael Kopech, bounced back from his previous rough start in Seattle. Kopech threw five innings and gave up two runs which came as a result of a home run in the third inning. Kopech was removed after the fifth and the well rested Sox bullpen took over. Jimmy Lambert, Reynaldo Lopez, Kendall Graveman and Liam Hendriks each pitched a scoreless inning. The White Sox scored runs in the first inning and eighth inning. Eloy Jimenez hit a three-run homerun in the first inning and Jose Abreu hit a solo homerun in the eight inning. The White Sox send Dylan Cease to the mound on Wednesday as they look for a quick, two game sweep before heading to Cleveland to face the Guardians.
