The Colorado Avalanche threw everything they had at New York Islanders goalie Ilya Sorokin, and all the could get was a lone shootout goal from Evan Rodrigues. That turned out to be enough because Alexandar Georgiev turned away all 26 shots the Islanders threw his way, and the Avalanche grab an all important two points.
