Do you know why you believe what you believe? Do you feel pressure to think and believe what everybody else thinks and believes. Does your need to be liked, override your need to be well versed in the issues? When you see something that is wrong, but others believe it is right, how do you respond? Do you believe Leadership is a popularity contest? Is it okay for someone to think for themselves?

On Today's Podcast of Living Life Like It Matters, it is ‘Story time with Mr. Black’. Today Mr. Black will be going to the Middle East to visit our friend Goha. Stories are multi-dimensional abacus’ of learning. Stories, metaphors, parables, fables are great literary tools to help create meaning, understanding and possibilities. One of the great things about stories is when the story is finished the moral, or the lesson of the story seems so transparent, so clear that it seems to be common sense. Common sense can usually be brought about by critical thinking. In America we used to pride ourselves as great thinkers! Today with Mass Formation, State Run Media protecting their candidates that they agree with, with political lines being drawn so vividly and acrimoniously- there seems to be little place for critical thinking, challenging our own assumptions, and what many would call COMMON SENSE. Today’s stories about Goha are simple stories designed to remind us of the basics. It is time to get back to the basics of life and today’s story time with Mr. Black is a new opportunity to do just that. Enjoy today's story called, Common Sense, Critical Thinking- Get some!
