Mom shaming is pretty rampant these days and it is NOT a good thing in my opinion. Shaming of all sorts seems to be the thing to do and I truly don’t get it. How is shaming or criticizing someone for the things they do or don’t do helpful to anyone? Does it make the shamer feel better? Does it make the shamed do what the shamer wants them to do? In reality it backfires both ways.

Today I want to talk about Mom shaming and how my vision for community in Motherhood can be a heck of a lot better than shaming other Moms. Let's pull together and enjoy the journey!

What is something that you have been shamed for or that you feel ashamed for doing or not doing? I’d love to keep this conversation open! Head on over to IG and send me a DM @livingjoyfulandwell or take a screenshot of this episode and tag me on IG in stories. I can’t wait to hear from you! Let’s keep the conversation going and maybe we can continue during a future episode!
