Have you ever found yourself feeling stuck to try something new because it felt like it was too hard to do?  


Did you automatically tell yourself that you would be a total failure at that so it is not for you?  


What if I told you I myself have been struggling with just that and I actually challenged myself to just try and see what happens?  I too have gotten myself into that "comfort zone" and chose to just take the easy path rather than complicating things and going on the harder one.    


Making a change can be hard.  But if we don't challenge ourselves we may not ever feel like we are moving forward in life.  


If you want to see a change you need to actually step forward and make one. The change does not have to be drastic.  It can be one tiny one.  


This week's Follow Me Friday I share how one change for me made me notice within a week's time a little bit of difference in my balance and strength with my exercise and yoga practices!  I am so excited to already notice a bit of a difference in just one week now I am stoked to see what will happen in a year!
