Have you ever had a plan to add a new habit to your routine and find that you just cannot even get started?  


I did and it was an idea that I had for about 2 years in my life now!  


I just couldn't get myself to start the healthy habit because I could find plenty of excuses of why I do not have time or the ability to do it.  


Sometimes we set our goals too high and then feel defeated if we can't do it all. 


It is like the all or nothing idea that we tend to have.  We think if we do not go all in, then we should not even try.  How about taking that habit you want to start and breaking it down into the smallest action? 


The Author B.J. Fogg,  did this very thing and shares it in his book "Tiny Habits."  


If we make the first action the simplest one then we will be more inclined to try it and slowly add on to it to reach our final goal.  


This week's Follow Me Friday  is about how I created one simple action and actually did more than I initially planned.  You too can do this and choose to start small and slowly add on a week at a time.
