So often the association we have with working out is negative.

It's usually to make ourselves feel better for the guilt we feel after eating a big meal.

Or we only do it when it's extreme and we are chasing a result. (Weight loss, muscle definition etc)

And so what happens, we avoid it.

Because there are just too many triggers.
