Michael and his friend E.J. Carrion are co-founders of Student Success Agency, a digital education agency that represents students in the transition from high school to college by pairing them with mentors (“agents”) who help them successfully make the jump to higher education. In other words, they are the first agency to represent high school students who aren’t just looking to become professional athletes. Student Success Agency is in 190 schools across 15 states, has 8 full-time staff, and supports 150 agents. Michael and E.J. have made not one, but TWO Forbes’ lists (“Top Startup Employer” and “30 Under 30”)!
