There's a lot of pissed-off-ness going on in the world right now.

The storm is raging inside many people's hearts.

But anger gets a bad rep.

Sometimes life doesn't go the way we thought it would and we get upset when that happens.

Sometimes, unjust things happen and we feel outraged at the experience.

Sometimes we make choices that we didn't feel were really a choice (even though they were) that cause us to abandon our truth in an attempt to please the "other", and we're left with resentment.

When we feel angry and don't have healthy ways of expressing ourselves, we bottle it up and then explode.

Anger is a healthy emotion that we get to feel as part of the human experience.

It's what we DO with our anger that makes all the difference.

You have to feel it to heal it, my friend.

(and in this episode, I guide you through an inner child exercise where we release our anger and reframe the stories in our mind).

And the best (also slightly annoying) part? We can choose to feel our anger and release it, or we can choose to bottle it up and burn from the inside out.
