72: Casey A. revisits

🔸 An 'emergency' call. Casey is so distraught, slept for one hour last night. Seems past parts work opened the lid, revealing more unhappy parts.



🔹 Part (Location, Fear, Rather be doing, Age, Needs):

- protector: “we gotta get out of here” - afraid of pain of disconnect, "they all hate you, they all think you’re crazy." - wants to be a good dog, belly rubs. Not tied to a tree barking. - exile: 4 year olds - neglected feeling, no interaction. Has to save her father - needs someone to look her in he eye, listen to scary feelings, put her to bed, and give her mom some info.



🎓 What I'd like to do differently:

still have trouble with last stage of “ok, what’s the plan”. Like “keep checking in with this exile!” I need to find a better way to encourage that
