36: Aizhan A. revisits

🔸 We get more targeted this time. Aizhan goes to an exile to be with it in the way it seemed to need. We discuss changing external circumstances. At the end we talk a little bit about my personal practice and how we can work more together!

- Tension, pounding in the heart - longing for community, connection - would rather be exploring - needs Aizhan to keep listening, and maybe change external circumstances



🎓 What I'd like to do differently:

I was working on targeting, getting clear there. But she made too easy! I was concerned she might experience too much fear, so I kept checking in with her "is this is too much? how do you feel experiencing all this?" I think it went very well
