🔸 Going direct with "Afraid he's right". We also talk grief, forgiveness, and accountability.

🔹 Part (Location, Fear, Rather be doing, Age, Needs):

The Un-deserver, a 14 y.o. moralist. "If you're guilty, you're the worst person ever. Accept it" Doubts IFS will help you feel better, and "feeling better" means excusing wrong.
"I know I could have done more" and everyone dismissed that.
The exile, feels like she's the worst.

🎓 What I'd like to do differently:

I was at max freestyle today, which I typically regret. But there aren't magic words that fix grief; just following my own advice.

Olivia follows up: tbh i feel like i’ve failed at accountability for a lot of other stuff so i’m glad this is working, i think it’s because it’s like the smallest unit of working on my life so i’m not having to skip over protectors to get it done. literally whatever obstacle is in front of me becomes a worthy focus so by definition i don’t get parts stonewalling about it because if they are then i just go to the one that’s stonewalling was having trouble getting agenda part out of the way so then i realized how mad agenda part was and let it rant at me and it was kinda great
