In addition to IFS, Chad’s approach to therapy utilizes training in EMDR, DBT, and Mindfulness. He also incorporates Direct Neurofeedback as an adjunct to his other therapeutic work, and which has shown great promise for working with anxiety, depression, chronic pain, ASD and PTSD. His approach is trauma informed, integrative and holistic.
He uses meditation in Internal Family Systems and as an aid with resolving complex trauma and PTSD.
He considers one of his greatest strengths his ability to accept people as they are, and to see their potential within, even if they don’t.
