99: Gaby A. - first call

🔸 Gaby's a psychologist who works with kids, but has not tried IFS. We move pretty quick.

rejection of her parents
 - feels hot, angry 
- afraid of the pain of love not being returned 
- rather be giving more love, and inwardly 
- thinks she’s 9 
- needs acknowledgement, to be listened to

🎓 What I'd like to do differently:

I recently learned some techniques for staying in touch w parts, but I’m still hesitant about getting coach-y, assigning homework. So when I'm asked, I typically defer (to the part) and just hope they call again so we can address how it went. What do you think, am I being overly cautious?
