94: Ian A. - first call

🔸 "You aren’t perfect so why try?" Ian isn’t entirely new to IFS, has done a few IFS-ish sessions with a therapist. Today we meet the part hitting him w a golf club, among others.

🎓 What I'd like to do differently:

We chatted a few days prior so I skipped the chit chat, which may explain some of the tension. I was trying something somewhat new. More fishing for protectors rather than going with the first who showed up.  How do you end a convo when someone is in a trance? I need a smoke bomb
