92: Brandon A. - first call

🔸 The procrastinator and the judge. Brandon has done this before, with an IFS therapist and a lot of his own study. I think we have a lot in common, but try not to let that steer the session.



🔹 Part (Location, Fear, Rather be doing, Age, Needs):

Procrastination and judgement 
 In the heels and feet flexing 
 We learned some of what it was afraid of. Overachieving. and being like his dad. 
Thinks hes in his teens 
Needs him to deal with the judgemental part, the arch nemesis of the procrastinaor part

🎓 What I'd like to do differently:

First calls always feel more challenging, but I got to know some of his background with IFS and could see he was able to go his own way. If you're hearing tension in my voice, it's that deciding how much to lead.
