80: Leah A. - first call

🔸 This is fun! We talk addiction. Would you believe Leah has no knowledge of IFS or parts work going into this call? (She was referred by another caller.) 

🔹 Part (Location, Fear, Rather be doing, Age, Needs):

- the rage

- the clenching in the chest

- afraid of… that look on her husbands face… and her fathers face when he was aggressive

- rather be biking, playing, everything!

- thinks she’s 8

- needs space and compassion



🎓 What I'd like to do differently:

There was one point in this call where I waited one extra beat. Call it 5 beats instead of 4. And that’s when she mentioned her father. Pacing is sooo important. Sometimes I wish I could take 5 mins between each questions, but newcomers might think I’m insane
