66: Richard A. - first call

🔸 Richard knows this part, and has experience with somatic therapy, but not working with an IFS practitioner. (Though we did a session a few weeks prior via text!). This is a textbook convo, just meaning I don’t deviate from the script, and he responds in the most typical way. And that’s not to take away from the insight or depth, I think it added to it.



🔹 Part (Location, Fear, Rather be doing, Age, Needs):

- Like metal cubes, nagging him to fit in, be as expected

 - upper mid back

 - afraid of dirty looks, of not being enough, not whole, not bein loved

 - rather be researching, discerning the outside world, enjoying

 - Thinks he’s 2 or 3

 - love and acceptance



🎓 What I'd like to do differently:

I spent an extra 10 minutes preparing for this call, energetically. I keep having to relearn how important that is.
