51: Emily A. revisits

🔸 A celebration! An exile she hadn’t met before, unburdened. I say very little in this call. A good template for how to do IFS solo.

- like a raccoon or cat, scared of the unknown, scared of Emily leading herself. 

- rather be celebrating 

- needs daily checkin and go to fun places



🎓 What I'd like to do differently:

A most organic conversation. In the past I’ve felt like I’m playing chess with parts, having to be very sharp. This was a good blend of conversation and IFS.
