46: Emily A. - first call

🔸 Emily has significant IFS experience! She is quick to touch-in to a vulnerable exile part. Still, I encourage her to stay with the protector: the witness.



🔹 Part (Location, Fear, Rather be doing, Age, Needs):

- The part at the bottom of the stairs - it’s protector, the witness, standing by - a quivering in the sternum, like after crying - thinks Emily is 16 - needs a voice
